BitGo New York Trust Company, LLC is a qualified custodian regulated by the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS).

BitGo Singapore Pte. Ltd. has a Major Payment Institution License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-Border Money Transfer Services.

BitGo Custody MENA FZE is licensed by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) to provide custody services (including custodial staking). BitGo MENA FZE is authorized and supervised by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) in Dubai to provide Broker-Dealer services in accordance with applicable regulations.

BitGo Europe GmbH is a regulated crypto-asset service provider and has received a Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) License from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) to provide crypto custody, transfer services and trading services in the European Union.

BitGo GmbH is a crypto asset service provider allowed to provide custody services for crypto assets (including custodial staking services) under Swiss AML regulations and is affiliated with VQF, a self-regulatory-organization supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Authority (FINMA).
