Legal & Regulator Requests

All official court documents (including subpoenas and complaints) must be served on the registered agent for service of process for the subject BitGo legal entity as indicated below.

No BitGo entity accepts service of process by email. In all cases, BitGo does not waive objections by accepting service of a legal document. Subpoenas from non-US authorities may be subject to a pertinent mutual legal assistance treaty.

Please note that our registered agent may accept service only if the entity identified as the recipient of the document identically matches the name of the entity registered with the Secretary of State and for which our registered agent is authorized to accept service.
